Steel Forged Cylinder is mainly made of aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy has the characteristics of low density, high strength, good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and excellent machinability, making it an ideal material for
Forging Hydraulic Cylinder. Especially in the sleeve manufacturing of the cylinder holes of internal combustion engines, aluminum alloy can ensure that the
Stainless Steel Forged Sleeves has sufficient stiffness and strength.
Material handling process:
Powder hardening: The aluminum alloy powder is hardened without the melting and solidification process to form the raw material for the sleeve. This treatment helps to form a dense crystal structure, which improves the mechanical properties of the sleeve.
Forging: Raw materials formed from hardened aluminum alloy powder are put into metal molds for forging. During the forging process, the material is subjected to pressure and flows to form the desired shape and size. By forging, the internal structure and performance of the material can be further improved, so that it has higher strength and toughness.
